Refund Policy

We hope that you love what you ordered from NONSTOP. But in the event that you don’t, we will gladly refund the purchase price on all regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Please note that all sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchanges requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

Unfortunately NONSTOP does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return for refund and place a new order for the desired item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
